Is it possible for an Uncommon Sylesti (Green) to have a visible?

Yes

Old system (viridian meadows and umbra forest) have different values of GP for rarities. Their un commons are always 1vis (2gp)

New system (Astryl's vale and festival zones) have 1carry (1gp)
