We have changed our image builders over to entirely new code. For Avatars, this happened a few days ago. However, for pets, it was just updated tonight.

The reason for doing this was to create a system that would allow us to better save images on our server for faster compilation. The old method was both inefficient and too bulky. But there was no way to "fix" the issue, so I had to completely rewrite thousands of lines of code so it would work with a new format.

Since I had to do this by hand, I imagine I probably made a few mistakes lol. So please report any oddities you find with images. Examples would be that your pet's colors have changed, things aren't layered right, things are missing, etc.

Additionally, the links to "www.sylestia.com/avatarbuilder.php" and "www.sylestia.com/imagebuilder.php" are now deprecated. While I have left the links functional and will for some time, please start using "image_builder_avatar.php" or "image_builder_pet.php" instead when putting up links on your profile, in forum posts, etc.

Again, this is nothing to stress over nor do you really have to worry about it right this second. But probably a few months from now (or maybe even longer than that) I will eventually remove those pages and any images using them will no longer work.

So just start remembering to use the new ones. =P

Edit: Also, Ryori Egglings were changed. Their colors now more accurately represent that of an Eggling.

Is that why a few of my eggs look like aeridini eggs but aren't? (faelora, lupora, qitari). I thought I had looked at someone else's hatchery at first.

I just made a thread in bug reporting maybe a few minutes ago, but my eggs have all turned into Aeridini eggs. They're still the right species but the images are all Aeridini. Kind of cool for the moment XD

Add Luffox eggs looking like Arie's as well. It gave me a laugh, though. :D

That issue should be fixed. Please let me know if there are other issues.

Zolnixi's rainbow life lines are also looking.. way paler than they should, I guess. Sad, because I like rainbows.
