I was wondering if there could be a snowball fight similiar to the system you use for ToT where you can either hit someone with a snowball or give them a snowball

AHH YES, And maybe when someone hits you with a snowball/gives you one there could be a slight chance of either getting a snowflake from it or an item. :D
