Please correct me if this is already planned. But I noticed on other pet games they have like an Awards or trophy system. I like the idea, so I figured I'd mention it here. Trophies/ribbons/awards for certain things such as small as "Fed your pets for the first time" or "Bred first pet" and then "bred 1000 times" or like "Unbreakable bond: You have bred two certain pets 10 times" and stuff like that. And for the users other awards would be like "1 Year old account + active" or "Have 50 lvl 50 pets"

I Know its pretty pointless, and if its planned it probably wouldn't be added to the game until all the main features are added. but its awesome to know you've accomplished something and have been acknowledged for it xD

I'd say you are more looking for an Achievement system, as Sylestia already has Trophies/ribbons. *Points at own user page in case OP hasn't seen one before*

I think there's plans for achievements someday? It's been a while since I heard anything so I don't know for certain. I'd very much enjoy an achievement system as well.

The trophies and ribbons are connected with the more competitive leaderboard which is currently down while the site is being overhauled. I think there's plans for the leaderboards to be changed some once they return as well so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

Yea I would too, I just noticed the Leaderboard... for the very first time which makes me feel so embarrassed. Also, because it ranks for the TOP rating users I think it's very competitive. I would love to have a personal goals "Trophy Cabinet"

I love achievements as an alternative to leaderboard/trophies. *u*
Maybe they can lead to titles. Or maybe an icon in the trophy area AND a title.

I remember playing Neopets that the little place for trophies on my profile would always be empty...because I never really did anything that merited getting a trophy. I felt bad because I didn't know how to get one, and I don't think I ever would have aha.
At least here on Sylestia, if you don't get any trophies, you don't see the little area come up. I like how Gaia Online has a way to display your 3 favorite achievements (at a time) under your avatar on the forums (the same way we can see our titles under our usernames on the forum), and that there's an additional page to view all the achievements someone has. Those lil icons are fun to collect. c:

Both achievements and leaderboards are things we fully intend to implement/bring back. We just have to get everything else in order first before we can begin those features.
