I am in the sweet blossom Orchard zone I have defeated the lunemara.
But where are the shadows located ? do i search the entire map or just the orchard area near the farm house ? (like with the lunemara)

I found the flowers in the "woods" directly south of the orchard. Basically go straight down while in the orchard and go out the bottom through the only opening.

I just completed this myself. Just go south of the orchard. There should be flowers. Examine them, battle, then you're good.
