i also experenced it when grabbing a tenth seashell forcing me to have to refreash again

What was the second error you received?
And I don't like parse errors on the forums. Not that it's wrong to post them, just when I'm done with them I usually edit them out.

ahh okay the second error was when i went to pick up a tenth shell i got a white battle display without interactiveness and the buttons on the bottom were catatonic refreashing the page sent it back to before i clicked refreash

It should be corrected now.
If you're still seeing incorrect shells, just exit and re-enter.
