I was wondering how you tag pets if they are themed or. whatever you do to get them to say they are themed.

You can't tag them yourself. You can find them in festival zones. Tagged pets automatically have the tagged name. You can check your pets. At the bottom where it would say the parents, there will be a title in purple letters.
