I'm not sure what you consider reasonable breeding fees, but I have this 5 carry M Puff male set up for public breeding at 40K.

I've got Dark Chocolate Love here, she's a tagged 3vis. If ya want I can set her up for 75k (female breeding fee is higher than for male)
