I just had my unrelated SG Neph egg hatch...it's not the gender I need, it's a pure bred baby...so I was wondering if I could gender swap him once adolescence is reached.

The description on the gender swap potion says you may use it as long as the target pet has not been bred yet. It's available in the diamond shop for 100 diamonds :)

Thanks! ^.^ I just needed to double check, as the only gender swapped pets I've seen have been wild caught or wheel pets.

If you are to the part of the tutorial that says "Capture a Pet" just keep hitting the explore button. Eventually you will catch a pet.
Later you can buy traps to catch new pets from the Market in Eisor's Haven.
