The Advanced Search should now be fully functional once again.
Please report any issues that you may find with it.

i tryed spending my proficiency points but it wont let me, i can get to the page it say i have 11 points but it wont let me put them anywere pleases help. and a side note, i cant send massages at all either. please help

I actually had an idea for the advanced search I keep meaning to tell you!!
I was thinking it'd be really helpful to players wanting to breed 6vis purebred wheel pets or themed pets if we could search purebred descendants of themed or tagged pets? I know I've had some trouble with that

I would say that those types of searches fall on the player's burden. It would be very intensive to have a search globally return that type of information.
It would have to find all wheel pets, then find if they've breeded and with whom - and then if the mate is also a wheel pet, and then return the babies. All of that put together, especially down the road, would be very intensive for the server to return results from - especially if stacked w/ other parameters.

Hmm, what if you treated being purebred as a one-letter gene that could only be passed if both parents have it? Since it would be part of each pet's genetic information at that point, there shouldn't be any significant slowdown on searches, any more than searching for any other trait, and you could only have it added for new pets bred from now on so you don't have to back-tag a million offspring?
Eh, probably unlikely, but just a thought that came to me. :-)

There would be work arounds, yea. Although, I specifically did what I did two weeks ago to greatly reduce the amount of data kept on pets. I purged dozens of unnecessary columns to save space and reduce load times.
At this point, my suggestion would be to post a thread in the Suggestion Box so we can see how others feel. Basically what you're asking would be that if two of the same themed pets breed, their offspring would be labeled as a "Purebred Offspring" instead of just "Offspring", yea?
