Earning gold in this game is a lot harder than I would've thought, when I first registered and began playing. Two very generous users helped me get on my feet earlier, but I need some sort of way to earn gold besides adventuring and selling loot.

I'm sure this has already been done, but eventually, I'd like to have pre-made lines of each of the pet species, including male, female and 'baby' versions. I'm trying not to let the other amazing artwork I've seen in this thread deter me from trying my hand at sales! xD

Right now I have the Lighara male and female bases completed. Baby version will come soon-ish. These took me much longer that I had hoped, but I think I'm finally satisfied with the outcome.

NOTE: The final images will be TRANSPARENT. If you'd rather have a solid background, you'd have to let me know.

The idea is, if you want one of your pets (in this case your male or female Lighara) made onto one of these bases, you post a link to the pet and let me know if you'd like anything else added (like accessories or something).

FOR THE LIGHIRA --

I can do:

Any markings
Horns / Spikes
Helms / Crest
Ball & Chain / Leg Fur

I cannot do (for the moment, maybe later): **

Wings
Armor (I CAN do ornate and autumn dragoon armor)


** If someone buys a base of this particular pet (or any other future pets I make) BEFORE I eventually get to the wings and armor, I will add these FOR FREE onto your art when they become available on the base. So if you'd like one of these, but your pet has armor/wings, you CAN get one now and be eligible for a free re-make (I take the original I gave you and add the mutations) when I have them available.

The next pet up in line is probably going to be the Vulnyx or Lupora. Probably the Vulnyx. I love cats so much. :C

Based on past sales on other pet sites, I usually finish commissions within a day or so. I DO have a life offline, but most of my time is free since I'm unemployed -- if something were to come up and I need more time, I would let you know.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Strictly in-game gold currency. I would accept Diamonds, but I'm not sure how much they're worth when compared to gold.

I would NOT accept payment until AFTER I have sent you a smaller, re-sized image of your commission through mail (with some sort of stamp or scribble on it to avoid a no-pay-runaway scheme). After payment is sent, I immediately send the original sized image without the little mark on it.






So... I have no idea on prices. I don't want to charge much, because these shouldn't take me too long to do -- especially since the base is already pre-made, and all I basically have to do is color and add mutations if necessary.

I was thinking somewhere between 10-12k? I would like price suggestions from people, if possible. c: What do you think it's worth? PLEASE don't be afraid to tell me it's not worth what I initially suggested, my feelings will not be hurt!

I will definitely do this pet, I love her colors! I'll probably either start later tonight or tomorrow though, since I just finished these bases and my hands/wrist are a little tired. o_o

I think I'm done! The markings were a bit tricky, so they aren't completely accurate... but I kind of like how it came out. I see a lot of things that I could have done better, but I lack the tools required (I'm using free paint programs - Krita and GIMP).
