Like, Mario, Pokemons and Sonic's not bad, but didn't played much of Sonic's serie since I was young~ XD

I'm still very hanged on Pokemons, even gotten X & Y, Fairy-type is really weird, but once you get the hang of, not so bad~ XD
Still laughing the dang Dragon attack being un-effective!
*imagine Dragon Meteor being cast on a Fairy-type, that just poker-face cutely, unnaffected by the meteor!* XD

Most recent Mario game I gotten is the new Mario Party one for DS( or for 3DS? I forgot XD), it's not bad, but I miss a bit of the old style Mario Party.
Yet doesn't stop it to be a good game~ :3

Hmm. The problem with a thread like this is how massive a category games are these days. I find it hard to just throw discussion topics out there because I have no idea what anyone else likes. So I guess I'll just ramble about the games I've been playing most recently instead. :P

Dragon Age: Origins

I've been playing this game off and on for a few years now. For awhile I kept getting horrendously stuck until I realized the walkthrough I was using did not observe area level caps and I was entering a particular zone way too early. Once I figured that out the game got a lot more enjoyable lol. I'm actually very close to the end on my current run; pretty much all I need to do now is confront the Archdemon.

The Last of Us

I was finally convinced to try this one after a friend raved about it to me for ages, heh. It's definitely an experience but not for the squeamish. I'm not too far into it; I actually got stuck in a tough spot and haven't been able to progress. I also haven't really felt inclined to get back into such a bleak environment lately so I'm going to come back around to this one.

Final Fantasy X: HD

An old favorite, I couldn't resist. This is my most recently played game. Progressing quite fast, not surprising considering how many hours I put into the original. I've just hit Macalania and am on my way to the temple there. The music remixes keep bugging me though; it just doesn't sound quite right sometimes. Still fun and I really wish party switching on the fly could have become a standard for RPGs.

I can be for the genres that I personally play. It's very rare for me to play anything resembling an FPS or survival horror, which is why The Last of Us is a surprising choice. But I do tend to favor games with strong stories and it has that in spades. RPGs and action/adventure are more my style, though I'll give pretty much anything a shot if it looks interesting. I've played some really obscure/niche games just because they appealed to me.
