1) There's currently no way to check the parents of Syelisties you're looking at to buy without clicking through to their pages individually, (which with as slow as the site is takes quite some time if you're looking at a lot.)
If along with the genetic information it listed the parents' names and ID numbers (maybe even links if that wouldn't be too hard) it would be pretty handy.
Or, also, a way to search the offspring of a certain pet; for traits, breeding, etc.
2) Currently, the search function seems to fail to show most egglings in a for sale search, except for people whose stables I've visited, it seems? I can't think of why that would be, so I'll just mention it and leave it at that.
3) The ability to search for traits, exclusively, but inclusive of absence. Like you could set all the traits you want, and it will show not only the ones that carry all of them, but also any that carry some of them as long as they carry nothing else. If that makes any sense.
4) A "No" option for Breeding and Sale. (Mostly for checking my own pets, heh)
5) A sort by number of traits carried/visible.
6) Options to show more than five on a page. Takes forever to get through them all.

Just my thoughts during my much searching. :-)
1. I think this would be useful. Not sure how it would work, but if it could, that would be good.
2. I hadn't noticed this, but if that is true, it could be annoying
3. I understand, kind of. But I have no idea if that's even possible. I guess adding an extra option somewhere for it. Not much use to me personally.
4. I don't see how this would be much use at all, to be honest, but I suppose it could help some people?
5. Yes! This would be very useful :)
6. Again, not much use to me

1. While it's tedious to look for genetic info now, I'm sure that once the genetic trees are implemented, it'll be a bit more efficient (albeit we'd still have to travel to the pet pages). At least the genetic trees are planned developments aha
2. Never noticed that either
3. I'm not sure I follow; do you mean carry in one slot or on many slots? On many slots, you can pick what you want "vis", and the rest you can pick "nothing". On one slot, if you want to differentiate between what's purely carrying something and what's being hidden (i.e. the different between ND (carried D) and CD (hidden D)), it'd be a bit more complicated, especially with multiple filters...
4. Makes sense lol
5. I don't see the system sorting pets based on the genetics of pets, only by systemized info like prices/IDs/names. Not to mention lots of things have different vis and carries, breaking them down into GP points would be easier...I mean, the suggestion is viable and helpful, though it'll get messy when it comes to things like how to sort all the 2vis and etc etc. o:
6. This makes sense to me lol

3. Example of what I mean: I search for Fallow Deer (exclusive), Pearl Armor (exclusive), and Spirit Flames (exclusive). Any pets with any of the selected traits will show up, instead of me needing to run three separate searches.
However, pets with something else in any of the selected slots... a Fallow Deer with Tri-tails and Spirit Flames, for example, would be filtered out since it has a conflicting trait in mutation slot 1.
Is that any clearer? It was pretty late when I wrote the original post, and it does seem somewhat garbled. :-)
(I suppose it would be best to also include a normal 'Inclusive' mode, where the former behavior is all it filters by, so that the example would return as a result.)
