If you follow the bottom of the mask there are a few places where the colors start to bleed beyond the lines.
*4th 'tooth' from right-to-left
*the very tip of the 'lip' at the bottom near the last tooth.
*the tip of the bottom 'tuft' portion on the jaw
*the very tip of the 'nose'
*And if you look really really closely there does appear to be a bit of bleed where the mask is tucked behind the swirly tuft just below the ear.
I marked them all in the image below just to better show the location. :)
I noticed something similar with female Puffadore hatchlings as well, where certain bits of white appear around the eyes that don't look like intended shading, particularly around the pet's right eye. It probably doesn't show as well on other Puffs, but since mine are pretty much black it's pretty vibrant.

You got good eyes. @_@ I wouldn't be able to tell unless it was in total black. XD

And I also just noticed that the Ghostly Wraps has a slight bleed too. Follow the bleed at the mask's 'tooth' and go downward, then where the wraps curve it bleeds out a bit.

Fixed.
On the Puffadore, I think that's intentional - like its eyes are watery. There was however a few odd shine areas above the eye that I removed.
