Love letters were the currency used in last year's Week of Love. They worked similarly to how Sun Tokens during Summer Festival and Snow Tokens during Winter Festival worked.
How they'll work this year, I'm not sure. But, they're there.

Oh, naw. It's possible for someone to enter all of the raffles here at once. c:
Think of the avatar item + love letter + luffox raffles as bonus participation raffles for taking part in the nephini raffle. If you enter Selestial's nephini raffle, you are automatically entered into all 3 of mine.
(The Snow Swan is the only one that you have to post something specific to enter though. Works the same as entering for the 3vis nephini raffle.)
I'm sorry the raffles on my part are complicated. xD
