A group for fans of the Collector's Edition versions of various Theme.

I can't find the comment now, but some years ago, when various Themes received changes to their color palettes but didn't get new names, Krinadon suggest calling pets of the original palettes the "Collector's Edition" versions of those Themes.

Edit: Keep in mind that some Themes have two Collector's Edition versions. Here's an example--the Morning Glory Faelora originally looked like this (2014). Note the green eyes.



In 2015, Morning Glory Faeloras had a different palette, including blue eyes. We could call this "Collector's Edition 2."


In 2023, the admins changed the Morning Glory palette again. This is the current Modern palette. This is the palette one will get after clicking on a Morning Glory's "*This Themed Pet is eligible to have its colors updated to the new variation*" button. These have golden eyes.

I also own quite a few Purebreds.

I originally learned about CE themes when I started on my lux lock Qit collection. I now have several stables of CE pb qits, mainly due to the up coming breeding grounds which will reduce the number of available CEs to breed with.

I also have a collection of the original patriotic themes of all species. Trying to get at least a carried of every trait currently available for breeding, but haven't had the time to really organize everything.

Mostly just pb, so can't add any missing traits.

Not huge on CEs but I figured I've got a couple neat ones


This pre-revamp Cave Pool Faelora, not the oldest version of the theme, there's two, but if someone has one of the older ones it'll be neat to compare


And this Sea Glass Nereid Sylvorpa, an early design with her C4 still matching her C2
I may be interested in doing a full trait project of this one, if we as a site have the trait pool on this older design for it.

I hadn't known about the Cave Pool Faelora having two variations, Fenn.

If you want to breed the CE Sea Glass Nereids, may I suggest this fellow?


He's in a dormant account, which will make him inaccessible for breeding after the breeding grounds re-vamp.

I have quite the number of Collector's edition themes, solely by virtue of having one of every faelora theme before their color update!

--finally got a Disruptor.


I'm not certain what to do at this point. He looks quite nice, but he didn't get any new traits for his Theme. The CE Cherry Cheesecakes don't have many traits. Thoughts, anyone?

Some of you may already know this, but I'm finding a lot of CE Faelora Themes are in dormant accounts. I'm trying to collect as many hard-to-find traits as I can before the Breeding Grounds re-vamp, but I don't go after traits that I, personally, do not like.

Just FYI, these are Skeleton, Leaf Veins, Wildcat, Floral Design, Glowing Mushrooms, Spooky Branches, Glowing Mushroom Flower, Ghostly Aura, and Bone Mask. Sorry if you like one or more, but this business of trying to save traits for the CEs can get expensive.
