Winter Festival - Snowflake Creation

The object of this contest is to use a digital paper snowflake tool to create the most beautiful and unique snowflake! This is a digital contest only, so no real paper snowflakes are allowed.

2024 Winter Festival - Snowflake Creation


Rules

1. Visit https://dangries.com/rectangleworld/PaperSnowflake/ and use this website to design your very own virtual paper snowflake! While your design does not have to be Sylestia themed, incorporating Sylestia themes is always considered bonus points when we grade the entries.

2. Use the tools on their website to make cuts into the piece of paper. Once you are done cutting, click the "make snowflake!" button to turn it into the final design. Once you are satisfied with your snowflake, either take a screenshot of the final snowflake or click the "save image to your computer" button to download it.

3. Once you have your screenshot or saved snowflake image, you now need to upload it to an image hosting site, such as https://imgur.com/upload. Upload your snowflake image to your image hosting site of choice and then, once you have a final URL link from that image hosting site, come back here and share that URL link in this thread. Please then use the [img] tags here to turn it into an image.

3. You must submit ONLY ONE image. However, if you post an entry and then later decide that you wish to change it before the contest ends, you may edit your post and do so.

4. Please check the Festival Overview Thread for the listed End Time for Forum Games. Any entries posted after this time will not qualify.


Prizes

All submissions will be judged by the Admins. We will announce winners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Everyone who submits a valid entry will be awarded very nice participation prizes.

Above all else, be creative and have fun! These contests are just meant to be fun. =)

I might make a new one later. I wish there was an option to add paper back on instead of just remove so I didn't have to remake the whole thing if I decide to change a design :/

Who knew the Ghastly Banshee traits were so hard to translate to digital paper...
