after of abuse from your human, you decide to run away. You wander the streets for months, fending for your self, finding food, shelter all that stuff. So you decided to run away and start a new life somewhere else. After several months of wandering the city, you meet a group of puffadores with similar background stories. You soon become fast friends. Three years after meeting each other, something happens. the youngest (and most beautiful, according to all the guys), is badly injured in battle. The sylesti that she was battling helps you get her to a hospital. Despite their best efforts, she slips into a coma. The doctor tells you, your friends and the sylesti that she may not make it through the night. Belladonna offers to help everyone to find food shekter and other necssesities.

Its been almost three months, since the accident. You visit your friend on the weekends. The doctors are doing the best they can. But nothing seems to work. One day while your visiting her, the heart monitor starts to flat line. The doctor's manage to get a faint heart beat, but they say she may not make it through the night. You sit down in the chair, absorbing what you just found out.

Its been three years, since the accident. One day, you receive a call from the hospital, saying your friend is awake. You rush to the hospital and, there she is, sitting up and awake. But the only thing that's different. She talks to you, yet she does not look at you when she is. A doctor takes you aside and says "Winter Mist will forever be blind..."
