I played here for a while about 4 years ago, but all my former knowledge has drained away and I've been frantically reading posts for about 2 hours to find out how to restore my battle team's mana (their health is fine, their mana is 0 or close to it).
I feel thick as two planks having to ask. Thanks for any help you can give.

Mana is generated by using base attacks in battle (the first elemental move of each element, and quick attack)
It can also be restored by using restore potions and restore elixirs, and by healer fairies
Mana degrades naturally over time when a pet is not in battle, while HP recovers over time when not in battle
(excluding when in the lost grove where neither occurs)
