A delicious, velvety soup that's 100% guilt free. Eat to your heart's content!

-Leeks
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Salt and Pepper
-Minced Garlic
-Califlower Florets
-Chicken Broth
-Dill Weed
-Diced Potatoes
Why I chose this recipe
It looked good! I'm a big soup person, and would totally try potato cauliflower soup.

Cheesy Baked Salmon


A delightful pairing of cheese and salmon. What could be better?

-Two pounds salmon fillets
-2 cloves garlic, crushed
-One teaspoon dried dill weed
-Salt, to taste
-Ground black pepper, to taste
-One cup shredded cheddar cheese
Why I chose this recipe
It caught my eye. Cheese and salmon is a pairing I never would of thought of, but it looks really good, actually!

cauliflower is so good tbh, i also enjoy a nice fried cauliflower with dips.
