Yea. That doesn't put much burden on the server. Either way though, I'd have to figure out the issue with mysql to make it work. The search uses my new pet tables which splits up pets into various categories. The core information of a pet is in one table which makes it easy to return the search results. Stats are in a separate table so I've been working with how to make that work using multiple tables.

I'm unfortunately not very expert with mysql, so I'm having to learn as I go. =P I'll probably revisit the search when we revamp the entire stat system.

And revamping the stats? Soo I should probably stop mapping them... :-) But I'm excited to see what you come up with!

It'll be some time before we get the opportunity to do that, so I wouldn't hold your breath. =P

But it will be happening at some point in the future. We are completely scrapping our "battle" system and rebuilding it: new stats, new items, new proficiencies, new abilities, and new ways to improve your pets through levels.

Does that mean if we are breeding for stats we should lay off for awhile?

No. There will be some type of conversion. I can't offer details at this point though.
