I like the new search but I am having some problems with it. When I update the prices I posted on a Sylestia, it does not seem to pull the pet into the search anymore, or maybe it is just me. So far, I am not seeing my pets in any search with the id's 498691, 488042, 518660, 518667, 518679, 518737, 520147. I can't see the pets even when I use their IDs

They are working fine to me. You must be selecting a parameter that is filtering them out.

If they are for sale to a specific user, only that user will see them for sale. So if you are checking 'For Sale: Yes', they won't show up unless you're the user it's being sold to.

Thanks for the quick reply, I can see that was part of the problem, but there still is an issue. It is showing the pet as not being for sale, even though I listed it for sale. For example, pet id 488042 http://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=488042

I have him listed as $200,000 GP, but he is showing up as not for sale. Am I doing something wrong when I am listing him? I am changing the prices in the manage your pet tab.


Other than that i am really loving the new search. I am finding what I want so much better!! Also I love the fact that this is also showing the "hidden" genes, like the fact this guy is also carrying appaloosa in addition to the snow lepard he is showing!

Thank you for letting me know. There was a minor issue when setting sale prices of pets and it not updating for the search. I have corrected the issue and ran a script to sync all pets with the proper prices.

So, in short, it should now be working properly.

I think it might just be certain computers and devices.... because I'm currently back on the same computer I was using yersterday when I had the problem and the search engine doesn't work once more. This computer has Vista while my other has Windows 8 I believe...It could be the operating systems that are affecting the engine....I had other problems on this computers occassionally too.

Can someone explain the color code/scheme and the AA, BB, NA, etc. under the genetics of the pets further?
