What are the ways to earn gold? Questing has earned me a tiny amount, are there other ways other than the slot thingie with the fairy? and other than spending money I don't have are there ways other than the exchange to earn diamonds?
Scales are pretty straight forward. Thank you in advance.

Send your pets on missions.

I know Fai answered, but I thought I'd build on it a bit. xP
Ok, so I went ahead and found two helpful guides for you to skim through, and I'll throw in an overview just 'cause. :)
Meet Lehana's Guide to making Gold! It covers everything! Killing Enemies, Missions, selling items, Dungeons, daily quests! List just goes on, and there's gotta be something that works for you! (Myself, I breed 'expensive' pets, sell those for ridiculous amounts, and on top of that Missions! xD Just myself though lol)
And here is guide to Missions! Very helpful for picking a certain pet for the mission stat best!
