How do you get one?

So far, all the titles that are available have been prizes for participating in festival games and contests (like trick-or-treating, caroling, the art contest, etc.). :)

You can get the titles "Aspiring Gladiator" and "Adept Gladiator" from the arena at Ethernia in the third region. I'm thinking there'll be new opportunities soon for titles with the upcoming Valentine's event as well.
