I'm pretty interested in the arena, read some of the guides but alot seem to miss the best team build. Only information I was able to get is a triple shadow team?. As the guides and posts were old I wanted to triple check if this is still the case ^^

Hiii, thanks for inadvertently reminding me that I need to finish up my updated arena guide ^^; started it and then got distracted by life, lol.
As someone who semi-regularly fights in the arena, I can assure you that triple shadow does still work. If you want to see my particular builds, you can look here - Solf/Jan/Kimberly are my lv50 arena team, and Unra/Sade/Koubi are my lv25. (The skill rankings are not necessary; they could win every battle even at rank 1.)
I would at some point like to experiment with other team builds, if I can find the time and motivation. But tl;dr yes, triple shadow is still perfectly viable.
