It would appear that, when the pet bonus bar has been filled and you receive a pet from the game, it nullifies any other rewards, including those of rollover counters. I scratched off three for a map, but didn't recieve it (which I'm not too worried about as I don't need it), as well as the rollover counter going over two (in this case, it hit four). I'm not sure if this occurs only with a full bar, or can occur at any percentage. Another note I'd like to make is that there's not even a pop-up for receiving an item when this happens.

This happened to me as well last week. I had also paid the extra 150 diamonds to extend my scratch card game, and I had 3 or 4 prizes lined up between the current game and the prize carryover counters, but only received the pet. I assumed it was supposed to be that way since the pets are supposed to be worth more than everything else, but seeing your and Krin's conversation in RC, I see that it wasn't. Just wanted to add my 2 cents. :)
