My inspiration is a frosty night where the moonlight reflects off of an icy wonderland.

Frosty Griffi



This gorgeous griffi is inspired by the colors of a winter evening. The white swirling of the snow, the deep blues of the evening sky, and the light blues of the ice remind me of all the joys of the winter season. This chilly griffi is just what you need on a hot summer day to remind you that the cool winter will return.

Well then, heres my Northern Lights Griffi:



Best visible during the cold and dark of the arctic eternal night, I find it believable that Griffis do, in fact, travel on the beams of the northern lights!

This reminds me of a winter walk in the woods that my grandmother/father used to live in.

Beware the mountains in winter, for mother nature takes no prisoners. Few have survived a blizzard up there, but those who did tell of being on the brink of collapse when a grey bird-like creature seemingly materializes from the wind and snow. Then they wake up in the hospital, hearing that they just appeared in front of the lodge at the base of the mountains. It is unknown what this creature's motivations are, or even if it exists at all. Whatever the case, the townspeople nearby keep it secret so that more foolhardy folks aren't lost to the wind and snow of the mountains.

My griffi reminds me of a frozen sunset, the reflection of the snow, and the contrast of the black trees on it.

My Griffi is inspired by a cold winter night, the sky filled with stars, and frost on the air. A cold winter's frosty night.
