how do you use the snowflake tokens and where do u us them

They're used in winterfest stuff as currency for assorted fest stuff by 'using' them from the inventory they go to a special kinda... 'fest currency pocket', I guess. From there they can be used in the fest shop etc., but fest hasn't actually started yet so there's currently nowhere where they can be used available
(Krin's trying to simultaneously get winterfest stuff in and finalize the faelora revamp but we can expect it to start in the next day or two)

They can be used in the fest shop, to pay for an entry into Winter Wonderland, and to purchase additional grow pallets in Sylesti sculpting!
If you haven't "used" them in inventory (you can't trade them once "used"), some players are willing to accept them as payment for certain things if they're looking for more tokens, but obviously that's not a guarantee and most people would still prefer gold/diamonds
