Hi. Can anyone tell me why I got a sylestian scout bundle? Thanks.

you must have completed the Scout level (the lowest tier) of one of the Patriotic Event subsets (combat via battling, caretaking via nurturing, or conservation via releasing)
You can check your Sylestian Service Ranking page to see what it was if you aren't sure
