Why is it suddenly requiring me to authenticate all the time?
Have i accidentally clicked something for extra security

Possibly not, Rockclimber. Krinadon has been doing a lot of work on the site code lately. I suggest that you post about this in the Bug Reporting Forum. The Admins actually do check that Forum frequently.

I would suggest going to settings and checking under the security options. If it isn't set to "every login attempt", then it is likely just a glitch as the previous person suggested.

Additionally, it seems that if you switch what browser you use often it'll ask you to authenticate more.
Not sure if it's intended, just something I've noticed. Definitely won't hurt to let Krin know!

Oh! Okay yes, I can get it to recognize based off of device / location/ etc as the verficationin Settings.
