I just used a Philter of Themed Disruption on this kid:

And, well, it's a Themed pet. When I used it on it him, it said that:
ironic? well, lol me too
So then, I checked the Philter description.
The pet is still Adolescent. It can't have any offspring. Then I recalled
when I used it on an Exclusive Ferrikki. It worked. So is
it possible that it is only usable on Exclusive pets? If so, I suggest them change the warning message, and also add that it cannot be used on Offspring/PB.
Or did they mean, that it cannot be used on pets are ARE offspring, not HAVE offspring?

It can only be used on first generation themed pets that have no offspring.
PB's didn't used to be recorded/tagged the way that gen1's are, so it's just that the Disruptor description didn't get updated in turn to reflect this change to the site's ability to track pb themed pets as also being 'tagged' (this is why you might see many older players refer to gen1 themes specifically as 'tagged'; it's a holdover from when pb's weren't tagged)
So yes, the description does need to be updated, but specifically to reflect that it can only be used on gen1s

I think the text should maybe say "can only be used on themed tamed or exclusive" < offspring wouldnt be included in this and should reduce confusion
