I was thinking a Sylestia calendar could be handy. On it you could see at a glance when certain parts of events end. Like some stuff ends tomorrow, some stuff in a few days, and some stuff a few days after that. It would also be handy if it could be personalized a bit to include things like when your stablehand is set to expire.
