I take a long break, then run around while trying not to make noise for 3 more hours. I take another break, then repeat for 4 hrs.
(Does this count as speed training too?)
(Also, how do I increase memory?)

(yes it would count for both, to increase memory you can lay sticks, stones etc. out in an order look, close your eyes and try to recite the order from memory)

"Hello there," Iist said softly to the Nixus, approaching it slowly. She crouched down to meet it at eye level and smiled.


edit: Iist waves to the Nixus. "Sorry, I have to get to the lake aha." She got back up and sprinted out of the rainforest back to the lake where she came from.
