Kate flattened her little ears and growled slightly but it was barely audible above the noise. They were not hunters of her kind, even though her people were none to be solitary, they were nothing like this, and they smelled like danger. She handed the man the two shards and grabbed the containers. she walked over to towards the hunters just to get a whiff of what they smelled like and where they had been, before setting out to find a safe spot to eat and then begin looking for the torch.

StarCatcher was a baby raven that I had saved from hunters and it bonded with me. It had a little dream catcher on it and it was night, so I came up with a name for it.. Linnette: The Blade of Lorelei, or the Attuned weapon of any mythical creature, has a special use outside of just being a weapon and communication link. Watch.
Linnette takes the blade and carved a marking into the wall. It glows faintly before fading, and all of a sudden a part of the cave wall becomes swirling snow.
Linnette: Those of us that are loyal to a kingdom in Varsya are assigned a weapon that can be used as means of storing magic and acting as a conduit. Of course, you can also earn your own conduit, but it's much more complicated. Lorelei's blade acts as a runic scribe. As long as you have sufficient magic, and have a Learned Rune, you can cast spells just by drawing them out anywhere. That's why her Blade is known to be able to cut through any material.

I uncomfortably shift my gaze wondering if we will meet up with them sometime soon/ What do you even need me finding? And it's not like the egg is different than any of the others in this forest.
