"Rose took the watch for me and just afore I was leavin' it hatched. Ye missed out on that, but twas a little draeyl lass what popped out. Ainsleigh has taken her inta Pine's room so she can nest it while I get all o' this done up. The perch er no place fer a new hatchling." He allowed Blue to go up first as he was hauling quite a bit of stuff on his shoulders. "And how did ye fair with Puppet?" Tatsu asked, returning the favor.
Ainsleigh & Hatchling
Ainsleigh hissed a draeyl challenge when Pine's silhouette darkened the doorway. After a pause between them she nodded that she may enter but put her claws across her muzzle to signal him to be quiet. "She must've had a hard fight of it, she's been sleeping soundly." She whispered quietly.
Nestled against Ainsleigh's side, the little one had pressed it's face against Ainsleigh's side, she was on her back supported by one pillow, it's little paws close by it's chin cupping the warmth of the adult female.

"I got Ivy to give me some formula for the hatchling, she's probably hungry" Pine whispered, as he sat down and gave Ainsleigh a bottle
"I also figured you might want to ask me about something" He added, still whispering
