Nina nodded and sat up

Tomen Leaped in behind the others glancing back at Blue only once.

Once they left Blue Sighed and began to Pad back to the Inn before they had left Tatsu had said something similar to what her father would say and for some reason it echoed in her mind as she trotted along

"...Princesses belong in castles and towers or on a Ny'vene's dinner plate next to the mashed potatoes. Not out in the middle of a war zone.."

She growled at the thought. although If she had just sat pretty and did what she was told not as many would have died and Tomen wouldent be in this mess she had made. She thought for a moment about telling the others, but that thought soon vanished they would treat her differently some of them, and to be honest she preferred the life of a warrior she always had. she chuckled and smiled remembering when she stood up to her father the first time as a pup , she was so stubborn. she shook her head and broke into a run bounding across the ground and catapulting off trees before returning to the ground. She smiled seeing the moonlight dance on the forest floor knowing the Inn tree was up ahead. She didn't know why she was in a good mood all of a sudden, but she really wanted to run, or dance and maybe drink a bit. because she was determined that if she was going a princess she was going to be the most kick-ass one alive

Ainsleigh, Hatchling & Tatsu
The little one squeaked and squealed a few times fretfully, but was too young to open her eyes yet. But Ainsleigh was more than up for the challenge. She lay the little thing on her right arm, her small head in her palm and pressed it against her bosom, her right arm cradling her from outboard until her nose touched against Ainsleigh's scales and began sleeping a little more soundly.

[ "You may use my room as long as you like" Pine says. ] Pine and Tatsu were so much more generous than her clan in the desert, and she was grateful for them both. She arrived in Pine's quarters and nimbly leaped inside the nest and began arranging pillows so she could lay forward on her tummy and create a hollow amidst the pillows for the hatchling to sleep. Once the little female was settled Ainsleigh watched it breathe against her bosom. It's little hands and muzzle pressed against her scales listening, smelling, touching and occasionally tasting what Ainsleigh was. Ainsleigh calmed enough to rest herself, but always keeping one eye slit open to watch the door.

Tatsu wasn't going to argue with Ainsleigh. She had the hatchling now, which made her unpredictable. Her aggressive, maternal instincts were strong, especially if the male approaching the babe wasn't its sire. Even then she wouldn't allow the sire near if the offspring was a male. So that was one issue he was thankful for. Had the new Yama really been male, he'd have to perch alone for almost a week. That aside, he put his focus onto the work at hand. He procured a 50 foot rope from the quartermaster to aid with getting the gear into the trees. It would be slow and steady work without his wings, but they would soon be healed. Whatever they used on him was working enough that he was already getting some free motion in his wing again, and the shoulder didn't ache when he rotated it, though the discoloration was still there. He figured he'd be able to fly again sometime tomorrow afternoon. On his way to his quarters, Tatsu passed Nina's room and saw that she was sitting up under Xue's care and Vee's watchful gaze. He was very glad to see that they were all doing well. He left them alone being nothing more than a large white mass casting a shadow into the room as he went to get at the work.

Tatsu had been hard at work for many hours. With three good hauls and about five trips up and down the tree he had gotten nearly all of the materials up in the branches. They weren't set for a nest yet but he had gotten a framework started that they could fill in and pitch. He figured his little family will be nesting in the camouflaged nest by tomorrow evening, so long as the hatchling even had half decent balance. He was tiring from all of the walking; not a normal feat for those that had usable wings. He was happy that he had healed enough to attempt to glide down on the final trip, so he landed, scooped up the final pieces and was heading to the stairs into the tree. He paused for a few when he heard some paws coming, then he smiled, which made him look extra angry when he saw who it was. "Welcome back Blue. I guess you had a good afternoon march through the greenway?" He asked rhetorically. He hadn't bothered using her title, figuring if she had wanted to be addressed that way, she would correct him.

She nodded " Nice to to be out of that place." she said with a flick of her tail " How is that egg you and Ainsleigh have been caring for?" she asked curious

Tomen followed the others hoping they would be there soon " Hey Juhi, do you think it Would bother anyone If me and Blue shared a room... I noticed the inn getting rather full and i could free up that room for ya" he said kindly.

''So who was this spirit?'' Vee asked. ''They seemed to get to you pretty easily.'' She looked at Nina in concern.

"You could, many people do. In fact when we were children me and Brute shared a room. But you don't need to share a room, since the guild is building in another tree for more room" Juhi says
"We're almost there!... Hehe" Shi says

Pine knocked at the door
"May I come in Ainsleigh? I have something for the hatchling" He says
