He sigh, partialy from frustration about his reaction to nothing and partialy of releave that it wasnt an abomination from the forest already. His posture changed to a more relax one, at least it was good to know that some things were still somwhat normal.

Caspian sighs, looking immensely relieved. At least we didn't just get immediately eaten. "Well if there's creatures, there's gotta be a water source somewhere. Maybe this place is actually somewhat inhabitable?" He offers doubtfully.

"Caspian's right, there has to be water nearby if there's animals and plants like this!" i say, taking the first step into the forest. the leaves rustle as some birds fly off, disturbed by me getting too close. while i can't see the birds themselves, i recognize the call as chickadees, small harmless birds that mostly eat bugs and seeds.

maybe this will be ok after all. "alright" i say, turning to everyone else "should we just continue going forward? should we go in a certain direction?" i ask, they should get some say in where we go, as they are the ones going.

Thema stayed quiet before Angelo pushed her into the forest ahead of him, she squeaked in surprise and started walking, Angelo just wanted to get this over with but Thema didn't wanna leave the group, not yet anyways "they will catch up" he mumbles and kept walking, she shrugged and stepped slowly jumping at every little thing

"It's not like we have a map, let's just pick a direction and follow it until we hear water or somthing." He said with a shrug. He had mostly tunned out the noise of the common birds by now, tho knowing that they were there also indicated that they could eat eggs later if they didnt find anything else.

Her and and Angelo kept walking north, didn't know why he brought her along to walk with him but he calmly said "sorry about earlier, just not the biggest fan of talkative People" he muttered, she smiled "i-i-its okay!" She said but not loud enough for someone to hear "w-w-where are we g-g-going?" She asked him

"To find a water source" he insisted, she nodded "b-b-but what about t-t-them?" She asked, "oh they will be fine I'm sure of it and if they need help we won't be far if we could find a big enough pond to set up on either side of it then we should be good or a stream" she sat for a minute "b-b-but I wanna s-s-stay with-" she stopped when getting a deathly glare from Angelo so she stayed quiet

we follow behind the pair a bit as they walk, not wanting to be separated. we need to stay in a group, this place is hostile and should anyone stray from the others, i have no doubt in my mind that they would be killed.

i study the woods as we walk, looking at all the plants as we pass. "we need to find some place to settle down for the night" i say, glancing around for a place to sleep. the sun is beginning to set, and i don't think it's a good idea to be walking out at night.
