....What would happen if Axel tried to use his ability to infulence emotion on Akira in an attempt to make her not peeved off all the time? Would it actually work or would Akira just shrug it off?

Well as long as she doesn't have her ability active, it would work. If the ability was active, then it would make her slightly less aggravated.

Lark, question for ya! I just asked Ruby something similar.
So, Eria can change temperatures based of emotion, and temperatures can change her emotions. (You probably see where this is going.) So, what would happen if Axel were to use his ability on Eria to cheer her up during the walk-in freezer scenario? Would that work or would the cold sorta override it? Similarly, if he were to try and calm her down while she were raging, would that effect her ability at all?

Oo, yea, that would work actually!
I mean, if she's in Antarctica without a sweater, it probably wouldn't do that much, but it would help. And yeah, if he did that, it would probably... be less hot... yeah.
