I try to make things so simple mortals, yet the never ending questions! I do not care where you go to get pets to fulfill my contracts as long as they are the specified pet I want! Also, every time I give out new contracts it is considered a new game! Meaning only pets that you bring me after my contracts are posted count!

You cannot use a philter of any kind to adjust a pet to fit the required criteria, including using a Gender Bender philter to match a required gender.
