On the top is a neatly folded silver-gray jacket, like the one all the employees have. Slipping it on, it feels just the perfect temperature, not too hot, not too cold, not too bulky. It has tons of pockets, hidden and not hidden, that are very much bigger than they look.

(I want that jacket tho)
Next is a... lighter. You test it and it works. Well, that's great for setting things on fire...
There's a normal key ring, you slip your room key onto it and stick it in one of your many pockets.
Underneath this is is a messenger bag that is designed to look old, but you can tell that it's brand new.
And at the very bottom is... is that a wand? It's not very fancy but it makes your fingers tingle when you pick it up. It looks priceless. Better not lose it.

I grin fitting on the messengar bag, adjusting the strap until it's a comfy length, and once i've neatly put everything aside or on I'll head out to Dash

You're standing at a heavy-looking iron gate. Beyond it you see a place that looks like a forest, with snowcapped mountains in the distance, what looks like a beach, and who knows what else beyond it. Strangely, the ceiling and walls seem to melt away at the gate, but it must somehow all be inside.
Dashiell presses a button on the gate you hadn't noticed, and within moments, a girl, with a silver wolf loping along behind her, strides out of the mix of biomes and opens the door, her nametag reading Rea. "Welcome, you must be the new employee, I assume you're here to get your first Familiar?" Without waiting for a response, she turns and leads the way in.

Dash stands at the gate and waves, "I've got to get back to work, see you later, " he says.
Rea leads you into the forest, pointing out the various points of interest, "That's the best place to find salamanders," or "You'll have to watch out for the kelpies there in the summer."
Eventually, you come to a clearing with a huge cabin in the middle.
"Come on in." The silver wolf is still standing behind her, and it follows her as she steps in the door.
