They will be fraternal twins/triplets, not identical. It seems kinda of redundant to get the exact same pet twice. While not always necessarily a waste, I feel it would largely not be very exciting to get the same pet twice. So I think it just makes for a better game mechanic to have them always be fraternal.

No, existing pets up for public breeding will not carry over. This is for a few reasons. Mainly, we'll be switching to an entirely new back-end system with this with a lot of new variables and such. The old system will not be compatible. Regarding old publicly available pets, yes, I understand. It's just unfortunately a part of moving forward and still-active players will have to work on filling whatever Trait/Themed gaps remain. Fortunately, we offer a lot of opportunities now for players to obtain retired Themed Pets. I think, long term, this will produce a much healthier pet economy. We can always look at further adjustments to game systems down the road depending on how things settle.

Everything looks great, and the idea of fraternal instead of identical twins/triplets definitely makes more sense imo. Looking forward to the new breeding grounds. :)

Well, considering there's two types of twins/triplets (fraternal and identical), Krin could always program both options which would be really cool :D!

Very excited to try this out! The art is absolutely gorgeous, love all the little details. I don't think the fee is going to be an issue either, you can make a good sum of gold from doing daily tasks and completing missions (for those that don't want to grind). Hoping it helps clean out some of the nurturing grounds too so can do more quality than quantity boops :)
I've really held off on getting into breeding, but the new system has me super excited to dive in!

Noticed today that pets go unconsious and need to be fed to revive again. Im assuming pets need to be fed to breed again. Could we possibly have an option with the stablekeeper to select which stables she feeds? Most of my stables dont need to be fed. Atm it would cost nearly 600k to feed everyone

And editted to add. Im glad it didnt go live today im working on breeding halloween lups to get to 6v and a few of the ones i breed to are set to public breeding. Will lose access to them when new bg go live

Will we be able to apply a prismatic philter at the time of breeding? This would make my sleepy hatching less disastrous for my max stat projects.

I second Katty on being able to pick certain stables for my stable hand to feed. As it is, I never use her because feeding all of my stables, even with her, is too cost prohibitive.

I won't get too excited about the twins until I see how low of a probability it is, but it is a fun little addition.

Same with Katty is that when a pet goes unconscious you have to pay to revie it again and then well be able to breed with it with the new system in place will the pet that is set up for breeding stay alive the entire time or will we still have to pay to have it revived? and could we do that in the breeding grounds?
