down stairs seemed to be an open green house and laboratory, those were a common thing that many people worked out of and even sheltered people.

he thought for a moment " uh... for- Fourteen!" seeming to have remembered. as you entered the building you were greated by many plants and globe lights and the last golden rays of the setting sun.
