It usually takes 72 hours for an egg to hatch. You can see the progress on the pet profile page, at the bottom under genetics, there's a bar __/72, which is the number of hours out of 72 that has already passed.



To change your avatar, go to account > wardrobe. There, you can change the colours, styles, and outfits. You can purchase some avatar items with AP (advancement points that you'll earn by playing the game). Any item you buy or find will be in your inventory, until you use them, then they'll be added to your wardrobe. To test any changes you've made, click "preview changes", to save the look click "save loaded outfit".

The main thing to note is that you have to choose between strength and intelligence for your pets. If you add points to one, don't add any points to the other. So when you choose a proficiency tree, you should pick one that matches the stat profile you've chosen.

In the same way, when choosing equipment, use those that add more to strength/intelligence, whichever you chose, instead of those that split points equally between both/all, or add more to the stat that you're not using. For relics, find those that give more physical damage bonus if you chose strength, and those that give more magical damage bonus if you chose intelligence, instead of using those that split damage bonus to both types.

If you do these, your pets should be more efficient in battles.

There's a genetic bar at the top of the last box at the bottom of the screen when you click on the egg i shows how log the egg has until it hatches

To genetically test your pet, you'll need a test kit. The one-time use kits can be bought from the trade broker if there are other players selling them. The unlimited use test kit can be bought from the diamond shop. You'll need diamonds for that though, and it'll be better to wait for sale periods, usually during festivals, where there will be a discount.

Once you have a test kit, on your pet's profile page, there will be a green button allowing you to test your pet.


If you don't want to buy a test kit, there are players offering free testing services in the breeding forum.

if you don't want to pay real money to buy diamonds, you can go to the currency exchange. There, you can buy diamonds from other players using gold. The prices fluctuates, but usually you can buy some around 2.5k gold per diamond.

Otherwise, sometimes during festivals, you may be able to get some free diamonds. but usually these are in a small amount like 5-10 diamonds, and may be in features that are expensive to play, either requiring diamonds, a sum of gold, or a sum of festival tokens.

The advent calendar may also give diamonds on one of the days. It did so one year, if I remember correctly, but can't say for sure if it will happen again.
