There aren't any ways up that have been built (at least that you can see), but you could always be creative.

You hear that same hooves noise again, a little farther away then it becomes quiet for awhile and you don't hear anything else. You do, however, see a little trail of flattened flowers.

I jump up to try and grab it, but I can't get a grip on it. I search for any rocks or trees I could climb.

It is indeed a ramp, leading into a... metal hole in the trees. You can't be certain what's inside, but it's big enough to comfortably fit you.
