After being in that cramped space, it felt good to finaly be able to move freely again. Facing the forest, the red scaled baecuria didn't dwell on it tho, this was it, the start of yet another chapiter in his story tho he hoped that this would not be the last.

She had her backpack over her shoulders clutching to it tightly before being bumped into, she sighed and a shiver went down her spine as she examined the forest, her nerves rose again, her hands where shaky as ever, she never been this frightened to do something, she was always sort of a dare devil

with everyone out of the carriage, the driver closes the doors, snapping the reigns and driving off with the carriage in tow. that leaves just us with with our bags and the book. alright, we can do this.

the trees loom above us, towering high up into the sky and casting their shadows over us. it's kind of intimidating. i step forward, looking at the line of trees infront of me. alright, all we have to do is walk a bit into the forest, find a clearing, and build a small shelter. should be easy, right?

i take another step forward, freezing as something rustles in the underbrush. two small eyes peer out at me, gleaming in the darkness cast over it from the brush. "guys...whats that?" i ask, voice barely above a whisper. my heart beats at a mile a minute and i can feel my palms beginning to sweat.

The moment he heard somthing move, his body tensed up ne a ready-to-strike position, his eyes focussing on whatever was ahed, trying to see whatever was lurking in the bushes. "Whatever it is, it's from that unnatural fauna ..."

Caspian gets out of the carriage reluctantly, but gets away from Angelo as fast as he can (he's honestly really afraid of him.) For a shapeshifter with a form as fierce as a lion, he's certainly quite timid. He sticks close to Thang, Thema and Amaria, looking not unlike a small, scared animal.

"sould we run? should we try to scare it off? do you think it can smell fear?" i ask frantically. the bush rustles a bit more, and another pair of eyes joins the first one. "oh my god it hunts in packs!" i gasp, flipping the book open. "maybe the book has something on it?"

in my panicked scramble backwards, i kick a rock at the bush on accident, and two little mice scramble away from the bush.

theres a moment of absolute stillness before i stand up, brushing the wrinkles out of my clothing. "well, that was much to do about nothing" i say, fighting back laughter. maybe this will be ok after all
