Mateo at this point was collapsed next to Meinke's body acting like a 5-year old, though he had enough sense not to touch the body. Or maybe he just didn't want to touch it and find it was real.
Alex sighed and replied to the other end, "Yes, I'm at (insert address) and my friend's brother is dead, probably suicide-"

"Got it." Alex put the pohone on the side and tried getting Mtaeo to stop bawling out.
He ended up getting slapped in the face, called an "Idiotic imbecile who isn't thinking", and ended up getting a box of tissues and a glass of water for Mateo, who sloiwly stopped crying. And then refused to look at Meinke's body, instead reading over the note.
"Done." Alex reported back to the 911 operator.
"Hey Al, lookit this. This ain't Meinke's writing, he's dyslexic."
