Perseus clenched his teeth just a little bit. Even though Nicolas said it was alright, he still hated crying. His mother had always said it made him weak and childish. He didn't want to be what his mother hated, because part of him still just wanted to make her happy and have her love him.
But Perseus loved everyone here more, even if he didn't show it through hugs and that stuff. He stared at the bracelet for a few seconds, like he was crazy to give it to him. Percy took it though, like it might break or something. He gently slid it onto his wrist, adjusting it.
"I-I just can't do anything without him anymore. He was one of the only people here who actually cared, when he made food runs he'd always come back with a new book for me to read..." He looked down and raised his arm over his face to hide it a bit as more tears streamed down his face.

Kassian, with his face turned away so Nicolas wouldn't see the hand mark on his right cheek, walked back into the sewers.
"I'll catch you two later." He said before walking off into the deeper and farther parts of the camp. Percy had tried to hit him before, but it was never like this. Guess he finally had enough. Good for him. He thought with a bit of a smile as he kept walking and lit another cigarette, away from where all the kids were. Sad as it was, Kassian had wanted someone to hit him to slap him, because he couldn't deal with the sympathetic hugs or words. He needed someone mad at him, and Percy was the easiest to anger.
(I'm going to reply to Evan right now lol, sorry I got tired last night and went to bed before I could start writing it -.-")
Muni and Kit stood on opposite sides of the North Entrance Gate, a Manhole that came out just behind the old Tavern called Lucky 12's. They didn't speak to each other they just watched as several people rushed in and out to see for themselves. Minu had heard from Kit in the wee hours of the morning just shortly after 2 am, that there was some commotion down town that looked like a crime scene. She had said she it was the King, and the message had hit him hard but he was more concerned for Kit than himself. After all, his sisters Face was one he hadn't seen in a long time, she was furious. Her sea foam eyes seemed to burn illuminating the entrance and heat radiated violently off of her small frame as she leaned against the sewer walls. She had only been like this once before when a social worker threatened to separate the two of them. None the less he cleared his throat in an attempt to ease her mood.
Anger...... That was the only emotion she felt. She could feel the others distress, sadness and anxiety as they rushed by towards the Sewers Heart where she was sure most of the young ones had gathered. But from herself she only felt anger, and frustration her mind overflowing with what she had saw early that morning only to be jerked back to reality at the sound of Muni half coughing. Her brother giving her a look and raising his eyebrows showing that even her could feel her tension, which forced her to relax a bit " Sorry," she said with a sigh dropping her tense posture a bit " I'm just thinking..." she said reassuringly her attention being drawn to quiet bickering further down the sewer near the camps "Sounds like Kassy and Pers are having a little playdate..." pushing herself off the wall and headed that direction Muni chuckling a bit.
After she snapped out of her angry trance Muni relaxed a bit though the small echo of bickering from the camp tunnel seemed to have caught her attention before he could try and comfort her. He sighed as she trotted down the tunnel " well at least shes taking it well" he said to himself ruffling his red hair looking up at the manhole cover as he stood guard.
As Kit rounded the corner it seemed that Precy and Kass had finished their conversation and Nick was already taking care of the Gate keeper. " Oi! Kassy want to go for a bit of a walk?" she said loudly pulling up her hair, the nickname being one she knew he didn't seem to care for but it got his attention none the less.

Kassian stopped mid-stride, almost groaning at the nickname. He knew immediately by the voice and the nickname who it was. Nevertheless, he turned around and put out his cigarette by putting it on the ground. The spot where he'd been slapped was still red, but at this point he didn't care. Sure, he got slapped by the brat.
"Never could get you to drop that name." He rolled his eyes a bit. At least he'd be distracted from all this. A walk didn't seem too bad. He could handle thins outside anyways. "Would it kill you to just say Kass?"

Nanita wandered arlund ailessky.
Nicote was....um.....Sitting on a drainage pipe. Watching water drip.
He smiled at Percy, and said softly, " We will be here for each other now Percy! We are going to be fine now, I will be here for you just like he was! " He said confidently, trying to lighten the mood as much as he could. He smiled still, " When we go out next I will find you a brand new book.. if it makes you feel any better. " He promised with a smile.
( It's fine! I am a patient person lol. Besides everyone needs sleep. )

Perseus gave a half smile, which was a little foreign to see on him, since he was typically grumpy and distant. He shook his head and laughed just a tiny bit.
"You're too good for this world, just like he was." He said half to himself and half to Nicolas. "I'd like that. It's been a while since I've read anything new."
Percy gave a last glare to Kassian before walking up beside Nicolas. "Speaking of which, we should go see if everyone else is alright. I don't think Allura will be taking things well, or Queenia for that matter. Or anyone else in general.."

Kaida chuckled " Not worth the risk of finding out " she said sarcastically as she headed up one of the side entrance ladders sliding off the manhole cover and getting out of the sewers behind the old factory. the ally was dark and cut off from most of the other streets " Well I'd like to go for a roof top run if I'm honest, but that will have to wait till the sun goes back down, besides you would chicken out on me anyway" she said with a stretch and a teasing nudge as she opened the back door to the factory letting go of the handle quickly and jumping back a bit as couple of spiders crawled out from the door jam.
