Unlike most people, I'm not particularly enjoying snow wars but I'm slogging through it since I want to make some pets. My biggest issue is the the frequency of small snow balls and accessories. I need a bunch just to make 1 pet and lately all I seem to be getting are frost tokens (despite beating the AI). Maybe my luck is really bad, but it is rather frustrating.

Suddenly the AI has an unlimted period of time to move and is taking all of it... A refreshing the page got it fixed.

This is a bug some experience. It happens if the update script ends gets stuck.
If you ever find yourself waiting more than 15 seconds for the AI to go, just reload the page. Should resolve it 100% of the time.
If the issue persists, try clearing your cache to refresh your scripts and hopefully that'll make it go away.
Just so it's official and everyone can be clear on it:
The first iteration of the Leaderboard Contests for Snow Wars will end Saturday at 11:59pm.
There will probably be a lull between than and the second iteration beginning as I will have to mark who won and make the changes to Snow Wars, but the second iteration will begin sometime on Sunday and run through the end of the Festival (the 22nd).
