~You can be the first or second evolution of a Pokemon, but not the third. However, this rule doesn't apply to Teachers, the Vice Principal, or the Principal.
Since your Pokemon isn't a Teacher, Char need to be a Charmander, or a Charmeleon.
Btw, Charizard is a Fire/Flying Type, not a Flying Type.
