Claire was a little taken aback by his name. Was it a nickname or did his mom name him that. "My name is Claire, it is really nice to finally meet you. Was your name given to you by your mother?" She asked, wondering why his mom would give him such a weird name. It was probably, most likely, the reason why everyone thinks there is something wrong with him. His name literally screams that there is something wrong with him but so far he seemed like a nice guy. Despite him wearing dead animals because of his heritage or whatever...

Elessa watched as he changed from his tail into his leg form, it made her glad she decided to walk around with her legs today. "Oh god... Um... Maybe we should get a kelp salad from Kelpies. I haven't had their food in a while and last time I had it it was pretty good." She said with a grin. The only bad thing about Kelpies was it was a little deeper in the city then she liked to travel. The further you got in the city, the weirder people got, well that was her opinion at least.

Carter sighed and turned away from the cemetery. He couldn't stand to stay here and stare at the coffin that held his dead friend any longer. Looking around for Ara he saw Elessa and Sage. They seemed to be pretty happy for Tommy's death. He always thought those two weird but now, this just confirmed it. Turning to walk the other direction, he headed into the city. He didn't know were he would find her at but maybe he should try the apartment first. Walking down the sidewalk he glanced through the windows of the shops. It amazed him how big the City was. He only lived on the edge and never actually got to explore the whole thing. Looking up into an old bookshop, he saw the person he was looking for. Stopping, he put his hands on the glass and peered inside just to make sure it was the right person.

Sage looked thoughtful for a moment, then nodded his head. "Sounds like a plan. It's a bit of a walk though, we might want to take our time getting there." he said, then wrapped his arm around her waist and tugged her towards him playfully. She smirked and loosened up his grip on her before he started to lead her down the sidewalk and towards her place of choice.

Ara had walked into the bookstore, and started looking around. She wasn't' really looking for anything specific, just browsing. She ran her finger down the lines of books, only skimming the titles. It seemed like nothing was catching her eye until she noticed a little book she recognized. "Seven Tails". It was a romantic novel about a merman who was very much a player. It describes how he would date a mermaid for a short while, sleep with her, then leave. It was a strange yet descriptive book.

Guilty glanced around the room but tried his best to not look at Claire out of embarrassment. he was tempted to say 'i know that your name is Claire' but he felt saying but would probably creep her out and a small chance she would try leaving...
" My mother gave it to me... " he replied, finally looking at Claire for a few seconds before glancing away again. " And it's also nice to meet you to...C-Claire... "
Saying her name out loud to her just felt like...he couldn't put his finger on it but it just felt good...
His eyes then glanced at the small pile of fish in one corner of the cave and quickly spoke. " Would you like some fish? " he offered.

Zeltridas covered his mouth with his hand and laughed softly when he saw Brandon blush, eyes twinkling in happiness. "I'm happy to see you too, Brandon." The merman admitted. He was still somewhat sad about the funeral, yet seeing Brandon had instantly brightened his day. "I missed you." Zel muttered, eyes downcast. He returned his gaze back to Brandon though, happy once again. "You know, I can't wait to show you my home, and introduce you to my friends! So... are we ready to go...?"

Elessa laid her hand across his back, she was glad to finally be leaving that place. Where she was standing in the graveyard, she could just glimpse her families graves. "We don't have to go there if you don't want to walk. We could... Just go to your pace and make our own food." She said with a small giggle. There was nothing better with keeping your mind off of your dead family, than spending the day with your guy at there house and she really needed it. She had been thinking about her family a lot lately.

Carter pulled away from the glass with a smile. He didn't think Ara was into any kind of books like him and Gavin. Turning to the right he entered the store. He needed to come here anyways because he owed Gavin a new book for dropping his other one in juice. It was a rare book or whatever. He heard the bells jingle above his head and the man behind the counter welcomed him to the store.

Claire looked over to the pie of dead fish in the corner and it made her gag, "Sorry, i'm a vegetarian." She said and quickly looked away from the fish. She didn't expect him to know that she was a vegetarian since this was thee first time they met. "I um... I haven't ate meat since I was seven. That was when I figured out that what I was eating, was once alive and had intelligent thoughts like me." She said, staring at her ankle. She was trying hard not to look up at him because she was scared she hurt his feelings.

Brandon looked over at the submarine and then back at Zeltridas, "I think that everyone I invited is inside the submarine..." He said and glanced down at the water were he knew the rest of Zeltridas's body was hidden. "If you can breath um... Air at this moment. Why don't you join me and my friends on the submarine? I can pay the captain not to say anything." He asked with a hint of hope and slightly begging in his voice. He didn't want to say goodbye to Zelly for even the little while it will take them to get to the city. "Please?"

Guilty smiled and nodded. " Right...though for me it's grab whatever you can eat... " he then laughed gently. " Though guessing a vegetarian diet isn't so bad? "
He then glanced at the entrence the the cave and saw a sneaky vampire squid slowly crawling it's way along the floor.
Guilty made a 'tsk' sound before he swam over to where the large shark tooth was. He picked it up and swam over to the entrence before swimming just above the squid. Before the squid could wrap a clinging tentacle to him Guilty brought the tooth down and cut off the rising tentacle.
The squid let out a weird sound before raising a few more tenticle to attack Guilty and pull him towards it's deadly beak.
Guilty dug the tooth in several more of the tentacles before the squid gave up and retreated. Before it made it far a shark thrusted it's head in and grabbed it in it's jaws.
Guilty frowned as he backed away from the entrence. " Damn vampire squids... " he growled.

When he was attacking the thought going through his head was not to defend himself but Claire and his mother. Talk about a un-wanted hero...

I'm sorry I haven't been replying. I have (ironically) been at the beach for the last couple days. I also petted a baby black-tip reef shark some dude caught! Can you fill me in so I can just kinda "glide" back into the RPG?

(Yeah, So far everyone (Sea Creatures) Have just attended the funeral and than went off to do whatever... nothing there, just pay your respects to Tommy. Now, all the Humans have been just coming aboard the submarine... That's it. If you're confused baout what I just wrote than just tell me to write it again. >.< XD Sorry!)

Zeltridas blinked. Brandon was right. He could join him if he wanted. But what about the others....? With a little hesitation, the merman changed his tail into legs, and with a little help from his friends beneath the surface - it was easy to guess he was going up, since he now had legs - he managed to climb aboard the dock. He shivered though, for out of the water it was cold, and he didn't have any sort of protection from that. Wrapping his arms around himself, he shuddered again, as he looked up at Brandon. "Alright, I'll join you. But I do hope it's not as cold inside as it is out here." He joked.
